His style & way of being are essential to bringing out the best in each year's harvest, in his words "humanism and health is our way of life". With his absolute affinity for all forms of life (flora & fauna), this atypical, unconventional CEO is a contemporary guardian of the true Spartan spirit.

1896 - HARVEST
The family has produced olive oil for hundreds of years, the lineage traces to several centuries ago and embodies unions: the tradition with aesthetics, heritage with innovation, determination with gentleness.

1930 - OFFICIAL ESTABLISHMENT
The agreement between several members of the family that sort between them lands, responsibilities, possessions etc took place on that year.

1930 - THE FIRST STORE IN ATHENS
Following reformations after the 1st World War, a few members of the family at the time moved to Athens and began forwarding to the Athenean Market olive oil from the Family's land

1979 - THE YEAR REGISTERED AS AN OFFICIAL EXPORTING COMPANY
A larger commercialisation took place, hence the company had to officially undergo changes, obtain additional licences etc.

1989 - THE PIVOTAL YEAR
.It was the year when the current generations took the decision that led to today's milestone product in terms of health and style. For several years it was asked from the family to "produce more", "expand the system". Having in our blood thousands of years of knowledge, the previous generation CEO quoted:

2008 - OFFICIAL RECOGNITION & DECLARATION OF THE ESTATE BY MINISTRIES, AUTHORITIES AND EU
